Supervision & Mentoring

As a practitioner, as in life, we experience ups and downs. Professionally we often work alone and it can be challenging. Supervision ad Mentoring is a supportive way to help you develop a reflective practice through facilitated one to one or group sessions.

Groups

Many gain huge benefit from group supervision. Over time, a non hierarchical, non judgmental, supportive group becomes an important ‘family’ where self-reflection can take place in areas from practical work issues to the trickier, harder questions that may be worrying us in our practice.

One to One Mentoring

Individual sessions allow more time for in-depth discussion and for some, it can feel a safer place to open up and work through deeper issues than in a group setting. Sessions can be arranged according to needs and availability and can be conducted in person or via Skype/WhatsApp video or phone.

Frankie has completed a training course with Isobel Cosgrove and Sally Blades and is on both the Supervision and Mentoring list of accredited Supervisors and the BAcC Supervision register.
